I’m a tsar, get me out of here: Tsar Peter has caused quite a stir with his undercover mission in Saardam, the Netherlands. Word of his presence seems to have got out; the place is teeming with European envoys who, just like the shrewd mayor of this provincial town, are trying to capitalise on the chaotic situation.

Meanwhile, his compatriot and namesake falls in love with the mayor’s daughter and is mistaken for the real Tsar. Back home in Tschirikistan, however, a revolution is breaking out...
