We have a lot of videos planned for 2019. To start with we are looking at putting out videos on the following:
• An analysis of staff sparring - a series of videos looking at the possibility of sparring with a Jo, pros and cons of different types of material and can Suburi and Kata be applied in sparring?
• Wing Chun videos looking at applications from the first form.
• A series of videos documenting a road trip to Russia to attend a Uchi Deshi with Tony Sargeant Sensei.
These are just a few of the types of videos lined up. For more info on what else is coming up be sure to subscribe, like and share the video.
