In this video, A.G.E, released in 1991 for the Atari ST by Coktel Vision.
In a secret mission on planet Kaiser, we soon have to face the conflicts between the planet's various factions: The kidnapping of a religious chief, the technorobots revolt and a civil war.
A.G.E. or Advanced Galactic Empire is the sequel of Galactic Empire and like its predecessor it is a first-person spaceship simulator where by exploration, combat and diplomacy you unravel a galactic plot to conquer the universe.
The graphics are superb, the 3D environment is fast, the audio is composed by a good digitized tune and good sound fx. Having a steep learning curve it's hard to judge the playability and the plot.
Here you'll find fantastic full intro with digitized music and a "trying to do something" gameplay.
All footage taken from original hardware machines and upscaled to 1080P.
