In this video, Mine Sweeper The Director's Cut, released in 1994 for the Atari ST by Top Notch.
From the Freeware scene, here's Mine Sweeper the Director's Cut by Colin A. Watt. The rules are simple: Use the mouse to uncover squares, but beware, if you uncover a mine you're dead. The aim of the game is to uncover all the squares without exploding on one of the concealed mines. Numbers on the uncovered squares tell us how many mines are on the surrounding squares. With these numbers as only hint, we should be able to locate all the mines and avoid them.
Here you'll find multiple attempts at gameplay.
All footage taken from original hardware machines and upscaled to 1080P.
