In this video tutorial from 2Dgameartguru.com, I am working with the new Affinity Designer v2 to show you the Shape Builder Tool in combination with another set of grids I created.
This time around they are more of a 'puzzle' - finding the shape inside the lines and shapes and combine the areas to get the design right.

I will show you how to use the grids to create simple as well as more complex shapes with the Shape Builder Tool.
I hope these designs make it easier to understand and play with the shape builder tool in Affinity Designer 2 - and will eventually enable you to design your own icons, logos, or patterns with it.
