Quick video tutorial from 2Dgameartguru.com on using symbols in Affinity Designer to quickly create dynamic and easily adjustable spiderwebs

The symbols are a great tool in Affinity Designer and I love to play around with them. In a Facebook group, the question of how to design spiderwebs in a quick and easy way popped up. Symbols seem the ideal solution. They allow adjusting a segment's width and skew as well as enable design changes to a single symbol resulting in the whole web changing instantly.

Most of the functionality shown in the video can be created with other software tools such as Adobe's Illustrator, CorelDraw, or Inkscape with minor alterations and different names for the tools used.
