Good Behaviour Contract or not actually. Brother of ASBO man/boy. This film shows the third son of a drug dealing family loitering on an estate he has agreed not to loiter on. This is the same estate his brother was given an ASBO banning him from it and for which he went to jail for breaking in 2009. This family have carried out this criminal behaviour for over 8 years and there is still no sign Gateway Housing Association are going to take action against them.
