This guy is just not going to stop. Once again he is trespassing on private land carrying out an industrial process on residential property. This time he takes the stolen shopping trolley onto the scrap dealer business premises even though the scrap dealer has a sign saying; "no trolleys". Actually you will see one of the scrap dealers (58 seconds onwards) help the man take the trolley onto the scrap dealer's property despite the scrap dealers no trolley sign.
