The adult in the dark clothing is the third son of Mrs S Begum to harass the residents of the Brunton Wharf Estate over the past 11 years.
He has repeatedly threatened a friend of mine once with homophobic abuse and once following him down the street hurling abuse at him at 11pm when he left my home to return to his wife. When I told him not to threaten my friends he grabbed his groin and hurled abuse at me on Commercial Road. Gateway Housing Association's action was to send a warning letter to his mother their tenant.
This woman's sons have over the last 11 years been terrorising the local community selling drugs (Heroin) carrying weapons, and being members of the STP street gang that are responsible for most of the street crime in Stepney and after all of this all Gateway Housing Association can do is send a warning letter. Pathetic and negligent. A complete failure to enforce the tenancy agreement of this family not to cause problems for their neighbours.
Recently a section of the Brunton Wharf Estate was fenced off but he and his gang friends have been climbing over this fence and thus committing the offence of Criminal Trespass. The residents of this estate constantly phone the police to try and get them to control this behaviour but Tower Hamlets police find any excuse to refuse to deal with the problem.
This family habitually carry weapons (see Thug 1 video) and drive vehicles even though they have never had driving licenses. They were responsible for smashing the windows of a pensioners home and have repeatedly threatened two elderly spinsters who live alone. Between the three of them they have convictions, police cautions, police warnings and the list goes on.
His name is FOKRUL MIAH.
The reason this film is here is because the other one in this film stood by my home clicking his tongue loudly so as to attract the attention of F Miah. This is the same youth that hung about my home with two others on Monday waiting for this thug to leave his home to go off with them.
You would not want this lot on your doorstep and I do not either.
