According to Gateway Housing Association staff one should go out and ask these guys if they minded being filmed whilst commiting this criminal activity, for not to do so would be an infringement of their HUMAN RIGHTS. Ms Paulette Noble has made this claim which has been consistantly supported by Mr A Greenwood, ex-Chief Executive, Mr D Smith ex-interim Chief Executive, Mr S Veysey head of Resident Services, Mr J Brewster Ex- Deputy Chief Executive and others working for Gateway Housing Association, Mile End Road, Mile End, east London, E3.
What is worse is the Board of Gateway seem to be in compliance with this policy which is legally unenforceable. What the 60 odd shareholders of Gateway think I do not know but I am sure they do not meet to discuss this issue let alone a whole raft of other ASB issues that affects their residents. Two of the shareholders are London based Bishops in the Aglican Church which is the State Church of England and the UK.
