At one stage just after I stopped filming he poured some metal parts by the trunk of the tree near him on the grass. Last time he was here he left loads of small metal parts littering the path and grass area. He is sitting on a food recycle container he took out of the private area of one of the houses he is blocking the pavement outside of. The shopping trolley is obviously stolen property. I called over to him but the conversation was not logical on his part. He kept repeating her had eyes to see when asked to leave the private property he was on.
