The 'youth' at the end of this film is the middle son (ASBO Boy) of a neighbour that had gone upstairs in the block and banged around for over 20 minutes in his sisters flat and was leaving noisily at just before midnight. His whole attitude to people is violent.
He is the one that can be heard shouting at his sister in the video "ASBO boy fighting with his sister."
