So, today we are out and about walking in the Cotswold village and former parish of Coln Rogers, which is located in the county of Gloucestershire, England. The parish merged with Coln St Dennis in 1935. Four years prior to that the population stood at a number of 95.

Coln Rogers is on the River Coln. The village church is dedicated to Saint Andrew. During WWI all of the soldiers from the village survived the conflict, the village then became known as "The thankful village".
