So finally wrapping up this series on repetition/percentage relationships. This is a catch-all video, some of which needed the previous videos as background. So it's a mish-mosh of topics.

First I'll address another toy for microloading plate loaded machines before looking at a semi-speculative idea about adding weight versus repetitions again.

Next up is a little more detail on my throwaway statement about percentage based training programs from one of the previous videos.

Finally I'll look at how to use the 1 rep = ~ 2-3% weight on the bar to not only adjust load (huh, huh load) from workout to workout but also during workouts.

Then I can finally talk about something else.
