Olivier Blum used to take a lot of time to buy a car.

But then he learnt that “'most decisions you make are reversible,” even in business.

“I do believe that there is a premium to move fast and correct,” Blum told Steve Sedgwick on the latest episode of the “Executive Decisions” podcast.
