Honorable Mr President,

We thank you for giving us the floor.

Our organization would like to address Norway with a direct question: does the severe attack of more than 30 policemen raiding Dr. Loai Deeb’s house have any relations with the non-Norwegian origin of him?

We wish to request explanation why during the raid police were taking photo of the smallest child of Dr. Loai Deeb – a baby of less than 1 year?

We would also like to know why the Norwegian National Authority for Investigation and Prosecution of Economic Crime ("Økokrim") did not address the tax office before they arrested Dr. Loai Deeb so to see all finance records for him?

Additionally we would like to ask the Norwegian government if they have addressed Norwegian media to assist them in attacking Dr. Loai Deeb by issuing a number of publications against him and using his photo? We pose this question as the spontaneous publications of a number of Norwegian media against Dr. Loai Deeb happened more than 10 days after the police raid at his house – why the information on the raid were kept this period and then leaked out to several news sources spontaneously?
