V-Series used to mean a supercharged V8 and a set of rear tires you replaced every summer. Now it means silence and violence. On this episode of Test Drive, Jason Stein reviews the 2026 Cadillac Optiq-V — the smallest V-Series Cadillac builds, and quite possibly the most fun.

It's the steering that sells it. Cadillac dialed in real weight and real feedback, and the thing turns in like something much smaller. This is not a badge on a crossover — somebody actually engineered this.
