Everyone told Brad Oleshansky it would never work — that no one would buy private car garages, especially in Pontiac. Even major industry players said there was no way.

So he did it one by one. He had a fancy scale model of a garage built, threw it in the back of his Denali, and posted up for eight hours at a time in Lamborghini dealerships, charity events, car shows, and Autorama. Guys would walk up and ask "what the hell is this thing?" — he'd tell them it's where they'd keep the Lamborghini they just bought. They loved it, told three friends, and he sold 80 garages before a shovel ever hit the ground.
