1973 Bally Hi-Lo Ace in action.

It's hard to believe this machine made it out of the factory. It has to be one of the worst games ever made. There's very little to shoot for and no way to get the ball back to the top of the playfield, so your shots from the plunger must be deadly accurate to complete all of the cards to light the specials. The only cool feature of the game is the double special feature where spotting either the high or low cards light the "high" or "low" special lanes. That's pretty neat, but does little to redeem the crappiness of this game. The only stinkfest I can think of that compares in crap factor to this game is maybe Magnotron. Of course, pinball is very subjective and tastes may vary. :)
