I honestly never thought this video was going to come together, but I'm so happy to finally share this 100 Days of Yoga experience I had last year with you. I set out to do a yoga challenge because it was something I could feel my body and mind desperately needed as we geared up for the adventure of a lifetime. We were living in a little cottage and I had access to wifi, a mat, and the comfort of a morning routine. The transformation that happened during these 100 days was something I wasn't expecting - I had started out hoping for an improvement in my mental health, an improvement in my flexibility, but what actually happened was I fell in love with the practice of yoga so deeply it would become part of my daily routine for much longer than I anticipated.

Also, have to say a massive thanks to my husband, Lou, for going through our footage archive and piecing this one together so beautifully. I'm so grateful for his edits!
