Here's the easiest cake ever! This video was requested by one of my subscribers, wrguin. Thank you Bill, this recipe is a keeper!
1 2 3 Cake
Combine half a box of angel food cake mix and one box of whatever flavor cake mix you'd like. Mix together thoroughly. In a coffee cup, stir together 3 tbsp. of the cake mix and 2 tbsp. of water. Microwave for 1 minute. Done!
1 2 3 Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Put a little crushed pineapple in the bottom of a coffee cup, put a cherry in the center, add a few chopped nuts, 1 tbsp. brown sugar, 2 little pats of butter. Mix together 3 tbsp. cake mix and 2 tbsp. pineapple juice. Pour over pineapple mixture. Microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds. Invert the cake on a serving plate.
