Here's how I made jelly doughnuts. This video is focused on the jelly filling, I have a separate video showing how I made the doughnuts themselves. You can make this filling with fresh or frozen raspberries. I used a Bismarck pastry tip to fill the doughnuts. I made the filling two ways and they pretty much taste the same. I liked the easy way the best!

Raspberry Filling for Doughnuts (using raspberries)

Raspberries
Water
Sugar
Clear Jel

Cook the raspberries until they fall apart, strain out the seeds, add some water to bring the berries to a juice consistency, sweeten to taste then add Clear Jel at a rate of 2 tbsp. per cup of liquid. Once the Clear Jel is completely dissolved, turn the stove on to medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture is thickened. Cool completely and fill the doughnuts.

Raspberry Filling for Doughnuts (using store bought juice)

1 cup cranberry raspberry juice
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. Clear Jel

Mix all ingredients well. When the Clear Jel is completely dissolved, turn on the stove to a medium heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool then fill the doughnuts
