Here's how I made a dinner from food storage using pork patties that I canned. They are absolutely delicious and I think they are now my favorite canned meat. I used the Quebec Pork Meatball recipe, omitting the mustard, cloves and cinnamon, shaped into patties, fried them then canned them in beef boullion. Great texture and taste, awesome!
