The idea of someone returning from the grave as an inhuman monster is found in nearly every culture on Earth. However, there is something particularly unnerving about a group of rotting corpses roaming about in search of human flesh! They have gone by many names over the centuries, but we know them best today as zombies. In this program we take a look at the history of the zombie, from Vodou mythology, to George A. Romero's works, to just how and why the zombie has made such an impact on human society!
