Two new things here:
1) Rather than carrying a minecart to a faraway iron box, it's possible to just use the wooden boxes right next to it.
2) Although difficult, it's possible to keep a box-minecart flying machine stable even when moving forward at full speed. This requires moving Link left to turn the machine right, and vice versa - if it turns too far the whole thing falls apart.

Keeping the machine stable is made less difficult (but not easy) by using dragonbane's homebrew software to remap dpad-up to L, R, LZ, or RZ.
