Positioning lights for filming is never easy, especially if the location needs to be used for other purposes and set up times are limited. As part of my home office / Youtube studio refurbishment I built a two-beam lighting gantry that allows me to position video lights at almost any point on the ceiling.
A side benefit is that other devices such as microphones or even cameras can also be easily positioned without having to setup and takedown light stands.
