Making a clock from an off cut of a kitchen worktop.
After we changed our kitchen worktops to solid wood we had several off cuts left over, so as well as making the usual breadboard I also made this matching wall clock.
I used transfer paper for the numbers which got the positioning ok but only partly worked so I sanded them and infilled with marker pen then sanded again to give it a more distressed look. A final coat of worktop oil was applied to give it a nice sheen.
