I was driving around going to do some street racing when out of nowhere, I got the following text:
My old Thorton Galena came back to life. It's GPS signal went up, and it pinged me a map location.
Not sure you remember, but that car got completely wrecked after completing "The nomad" mission. And apparently, we just abandoned the ride.

When driving to the GPS coordinates, we find out that the car is sitting in a landfill, but it is in excellent shape.
After scanning the car and checking the engine, the new owner of the vehicle shows up.
The NPC named Lana, Played by Alanah Pearce, former IGN host, and fellow YouTuber

By interacting with here, there are three possible outcomes.
You can tell her to ghost off and keep the car to yourself.
This will lead to Silverhand disapproving of your action and giving you a moral speech.
You can give her the car.
She thanks you and leave. In that case, Silverhand will make a joke about you creating roots.
The third outcome is basically a rip-off. You pay her 100 eddies for her work and leave with the car.
She is thankful, and Silverhand also approves your decision. He jokes about the car being a piece of garbage and tells you to floor it.

Oh, I also loaded an earlier save to see if you can trigger this quest at any moment in the game by driving to this location. And apparently, you can't. After doing some research, I found out that this quest is triggered sometime after completing the Main Quest "Ghost Town." And this is also exclusive to the nomad lifepath. So keep an eye open to your text messages after doing that quest.
