Shun Akiyama smuggles Kiryu and the Hirose boys into Little Asia. There, they sneak their way into a Chinese restaurant and infiltrate the area.
This area involves a few boss battles with a crazy Chinese chef named Cao, many Saio Triad goons, and later on, Ed. When confronted, he speaks about the "heihaizi", unwanted children born in China against the 1-child government policy who have no access to medical care, education or any other benefits in life.
Masuzoe eventually shows up with his boss -- Big Lo, Ringleader of the Saio Triad. He would like to meet the Dragon of Dojima alone the following night.
