Playthrough with Neo Dio. World Heroes Perfect is currently the final game in the series. The CD port seems pretty decent load times wise, and has a useful "CD" mode, which lets you play as Son Gokuu and Neo Dio without having to use a cheat code.
Son Gokuu can be fought via getting three stage bonuses. Most of the stages have secret bonuses, which have unique ways of been activated. If you manage to do three of them, Son Gokuu will then challenge you. The three I manage to do are at:
3:27 -Win the round without taking any damage to make a dog statue drop down.
6:32 -Hit the opponent with a desperation move before the timer gets to 75, then win the round. Doing so will make some steam blow out of the train’s engine.
8:03 -Perform a combo of five hits or more, then win the round. This will cause a chicken to drop down and run off the screen.
There are other stage bonuses, but once Son Gokuu appears you can no longer activate any of them for the rest of the game.
This game's CPU is in your face a lot, it's easier than the previous two World Heroes games but it can still be tough to beat... unless you play as Neo Dio, who has a lot of great moves. His jumping heavy kick in particular is really good against the CPU, and his desperation move is great because it's unblockable. A general strategy with Neo Dio is to get low on health, then start using his desperation move all the time. It works against most characters other than those who have projectiles, if you do it at fullscreen they'll counter with their projectile.
