Ingredients - Makes 12 Cupcakes
280g Plain Flour
10g Baking Powder
100g Butter at room temperature
135g Caster Sugar
2 Eggs
Dash of Vanilla
130ml Milk
100g Chocolate Chips

Bake in a 180c 375f for 20 to 25 mins

Green Grass Icing
50g Butter at room temperature
65ml of Milk
Green food colouring (2 or 3 drops to get that green colour)
500g Icing Sugar
