Ingredients
250g of soften butter
20g of Lemon zest
220g caster sugar
3 eggs
150g self rising flour
160g semolina
280g yogurt
Bake at 180c for about 50 mins, please allow 30 mins for the cake to cool ( it will still be warm to the touch) before trying to turn upside down onto your serving plate.
The tin I used is called a "baba tin".
Lemon syrup
80ml of lemon juice
220g of caster sugar
Heat over a low heat until all the sugar has dissolved and allow to bring to the boil to get it to thicken.
