Victoria Sponge Cake Ingredients:
For the sponges:
- 200g butter or baking spread
- 200g caster sugar
- 4 medium eggs
- 1tsps vanilla extract
- 200g self raising flour
- 1tsp baking powder
For the filling:
- 300g icing sugar
- 150g unsalted butter
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1tbsp water
- Your favourite jam
- Additional icing sugar for dusting
