Zak Travess and Angela Hartnett MBE are back with another incredible pasta dish - the famous cacio e pepe!
One of the best loved Roman pasta dishes, cacio e pepe is essentially made from just two ingredients: cacio (cheese, specifically pecorino romano), and pepe (pepper), combined with a little of the starchy pasta cooking water to create the creamiest, silkiest sauce imaginable. This is food alchemy at its finest!
Have you tried it…? What did you think?
