Well that was interesting! I will have to remember that hot glue isn't the glue of choice for this type of project! But in he end it managed OK!
In watching this while editing I found it funny that I was concerned about only having a 1 inch forstner bit... there was a hole that ran all the way through so a spade bit would have worked just fine! And I have them in all sizes!... well not all ... but I could have done this project nicely!
I am not sure if this was long because of the project or the way I felt but it only took 5 days to put it all together! Well 7 if you count the turning!
I am curious to see how the inclusion of local scenery affects the viewership... But it is fun working it all together!
I would like to send a shout out to my mechanic while I am at it here! beetleauto.com if you happen to find yourself in need of a VW mechanic... all the people there are top notch!!
