On 10th November, 2021 our Tree Partnerships Manager Madeleine Scordellis had the opportunity and honour to meet with Teresa Gitonga, Kenya Programme Manager with ITF, who manages the Mt Kenya Reforestation Project in TreeSisters’ portfolio. Teresa is a huge inspiration to TreeSisters as she truly walks her talk and works with women’s groups on the ground in Kenya to uplift women and restore their confidence, supporting them to be actively involved in tree planting and all the benefits this brings.
