The most common menopause symptoms at work aren't hot flushes - they're memory problems, anxiety and fatigue.

In one survey we undertook, 78% of women said these symptoms affected their ability to work. In another survey we did, 37% of NHS staff wanted to quit but couldn't afford to.

Sanjith Shetty, founder of @mirorforwomen, made the point that women in India often can't afford to stop working at all, which makes our work over there even more urgent.
