On March 25, 2024 In Palm Coast, Florida, officers responded to a Walmart after a report that a woman had left the store with a cart full of unpaid merchandise. A witness gave officers a description of the vehicle believed to be holding the stolen items. When officers located the vehicle, they found merchandise inside, along with several items that led the investigation in a much more serious direction. The woman, identified as Amber Delaney McCann, was later stopped near the store. This is body cam footage of the events that followed.
