On October 20, 2023 in Palm Coast, Florida, deputies attempted to stop a vehicle near Palm Coast Parkway and Interstate 95. The vehicle suddenly sped away as a passenger tossed a soft-sided suitcase out the window. Deputies later recovered the suitcase and discovered multiple illegal drugs inside. This is body cam footage of the events that followed.
