On October 6, 2025 in Las Cruces, New Mexico, officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance inside a white SUV parked outside a Circle K on Elks Drive. The caller reported a man on top of a woman in the front seat, but when police arrived they found a highly intoxicated woman allegedly attacking family members and resisting officers.
