On January 27, 2025, in Bunnell, Florida, deputies were dispatched to a residence on East Palm Street following a reported domestic violence incident. Upon arrival, officers made contact with those involved to determine what had occurred. The first person approached by law enforcement was 76-year-old Francena Jones Koch, followed by her 54-year-old son, who was identified as the victim in the case. This is body-worn camera footage of the events that followed.
