On September 4, 2022, in Dona Ana, New Mexico, officers on patrol spotted a vehicle driving close to the shoulder before it suddenly made a U-turn directly in front of a patrol car, nearly causing a collision. After stopping the vehicle, officers made contact with Jacqueline Moreno. Following a series of field sobriety tests, she was placed under arrest on charges of driving while intoxicated by alcohol or drugs and improper lane usage. This is body cam footage of the events that followed.
