On April 20, 2025, in Las Cruces, New Mexico, officers with the Las Cruces Police Department conducted a traffic stop after a vehicle was observed running a red light and failing to maintain its lane. During the stop, officers began investigating the driver, Estrella Gutierrez, for suspected DWI. This is body cam footage of the events that followed.
