On June 12, 2025 in Palm Coast, Florida, deputies say a woman in an SUV chased a 14-year-old on an e-bike along the Pine Lakes Parkway path. A motorist blocked the SUV at Woodhaven. The driver, Julia Kalthof, was arrested for reckless driving and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. This video shows the body-worn-camera response.
