On February 14, 2023, in New Mexico, officers responded to a grocery store after reports of a woman behaving erratically and appearing out of control. Police restrained the woman and identified her as Esmeralda Sagarnaga, who was found to have three outstanding warrants. This is body cam footage of the events that followed.
