On September 19, 2025, in Bunnell, Florida, officers with the Bunnell Police Department arrested 55-year-old Shantel Renee Scott after a reported theft at a local business. During a search, they found drug paraphernalia hidden on her person. Because of her prior theft convictions, the petit theft charge was enhanced to a felony.
