On May 12, 2025 in Las Cruces, New Mexico, Officer Denise Guillen responded to a disturbance at Pacos Tacos on N. Main St. Staff reported that customer Tracy Hartman became aggressive over the ordering process, knocked a tip jar into the employee, swatted a drink onto her, and then backed her truck toward the victim as she tried to record the license plate.
