On February 18, 2023 in Minnesota, officers responded to a call at an entertainment venue after staff reported that a woman was causing a disturbance and refusing to leave. When officers arrived, they made contact with Jasmine Domnique Allen and attempted to remove her from the property. This is body cam footage of the events that followed.
