C. Vision visits west central Wisconsin to check out the action of a new short line created in 2004! The Wisconsin Northern Railroad, which is a division of Progressive Rail in Minnesota, operates the former Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis & Omaha line from Rice Lake to Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin and a portion of the former Soo Line main from Barron to Cameron. Two beautifully painted GP15-1's take charge of this line operating in a unique push-pull fashion.
