This item has transformed my winter camping, I have tried and tested it at work in minus 12 Celsius, and it kept me toasty warm, and whilst camping in the Peak District my feet were freezing due to sitting out in the cold, so I put it on the highest setting at the bottom of my sleeping bag, 20 minutes later and my feet were lovely and warm, and inside 45 minutes the whole sleepingbag was very very cozy, an awesome item for sure.
